R. Michael Munden, Esq., P.A. was founded in 1998 by Mike Munden after practicing for over 20 years as a member of a large Myrtle Beach firm.

Prior to moving to Myrtle Beach to practice law in 1978, Mike worked as a CPA with an accounting firm in Columbia, South Carolina, were he devoted a significant portion of his time to ERISA and qualified plan matters.

Mike practices in all areas related to U.S. income, estate and gift taxes, and has devoted virtually all of his professional time to developing a general tax and business practice.
